I work with small business owners, solopreneurs and founders who’ve already built something real — and now want clarity on where to take it next.

After more than twenty years running businesses of my own and for others, there aren’t many challenges I haven’t come up against in one form or another.

I know how much energy, heart and hard work it takes to make a business succeed, and I also know how it feels when you hit a point where the way forward isn’t obvious.

That’s why my approach is grounded and straightforward. I help you talk things through, troubleshoot and problem-solve, and turn challenges into clear strategies and next steps.
